Hawaii , Alaska or U.S. Territories
We are able to ship these orders via the United States Postal Service (Priority Mail). Please email CribsToTeens@aol.com and we will get back to you within two business days via e-mail with a shipping quote. At that time you may accept the shipping charges and provide payment.
APO/FPO Orders
At this time we are limited on what we are shipping to military bases. Please contact us at CribsToTeens@aol.com to see if we can accommodate your request.
Canada
All shipments to Canada will be shipped via UPS Standard Ground Service. Any duties, customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately we are not able to calculate these costs. To determine the duties, customs and taxes, please contact your local Canadian Customs Office.
International Orders
In general, CribsToTeens only ships to the U.S. , U.S Territories and Canada . However, CribsToTeens will work with you as best as we can to accommodate your special needs. Please contact us at CribsToTeens.com to see if we can accommodate your request.
Order Turnaround Time
We want to ship your order as fast as is possible. Unless marked otherwise, we typically ship your order within one to four days. Bedding and certain furniture items are marked with the specific turnaround time. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Next Day and 2nd Day orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time to be shipped the same business day. Selecting express shipping services only expedites the shipping time and does not alter any special order time frames listed for a particular product. Some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer and require up to 3 days to process your order. If we run out of stock of a particular item, we will hold your order open for at least ten business days while we wait for new stock to arrive. If an order is still unable to ship after ten business days, our customer service will contact you with information regarding when you can expect your order. Please contact us if you experience any shipping delays or you do not receive tracking information promptly.
Please note: Not all products are available for overnight or 2nd day express shipping.
Shipping Delays
We always try our best to make sure your order gets where it is going in a reasonable amount of time. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery error and international shipping schedules. NO "handling charges" at CribsToTeens!! No "oversize fees" at CribsToTeens!! Be careful when shopping our competitors.
Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by CribsToTeens Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.
