CribsToTeens' "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" Return Policy

Our "Money Back Guarantee" is meant to make your shopping experience enjoyable, convenient and risk-free. You may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price less any coupons used, shipping charges, and gift wrapping fees, if applicable. All returns must be made within 30 days.

The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used. All returns must first obtain a return authorization number (RA #) . You can obtain an RA # by contacting us during our normal office hours by calling toll free 877-373-6087. Please DO NOT MARK on the original box.   If there are any markings on the original box there will be a $5.00 box charge to replace the manufacturer's box. Special Order items are subject to our Special Order Return Policy. Personalized items cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

Note: Shipping charges and gift-wrap charges cannot be refunded.

Please allow us 10-14 days once we have received your return to process and credit your credit card.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.

Credit and Return Time

Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited. All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase. Shipping and gift-wrapping costs are refundable only if a product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective.

Cancellation Policy

Important** - If you need to cancel an order please follow the instructions below:

Send a email, with your name and the order number and the item you are requesting a cancellation for to CribsToTeens@aol.com.  If you do not have email, you can also call us toll free 877-373-6087. You will then be issued a cancellation request number.   If the item ordered is shipped from the manufacturer we will then forward the cancellation request to the appropriate manufacturer. All cancellation requests REQUIRE the manufacturer's explicit confirmation before they are definitively cancelled.  Simply requesting cancellation does not mean the order has already been cancelled.  Once the cancellation has actually taken place you will then be provided with a confirmation via email.  If you do not have email, arrangements will be made to provide you with a copy of the confirmation.

Please note that when you request a cancellation and the item is already in the manufacturer's shipping dept., or has been shipped then we WILL NOT reimburse you for the shipping charges.  If the item is in transit you may refuse shipment and it will go back to the manufacturer, and you will save yourself the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse. Some of the manufacturers do charge a re-stocking fee, which will be also deducted from your credit if you decide to refuse shipment and have the item go back to the manufacturer.  The restocking fee will vary depending on the manufacturer. 

Our free shipping offer is valid only if you keep what was ordered and is not applicable to any returns or orders that you refuse shipment on. 

Special Order Return Policy

Certain items, including bedding and bedding accessories, are Special Order and, as such, are subject to our Special Order Return Policy.

Any product that is subject to our Special Order Return Policy is so noted on that product's description page. Unfortunately, we must enforce this policy because we cannot stock Special Order items and they are ordered based on your request. We must charge your credit card at the time that an order is placed with us.

All returns and cancellations of Special Order products are subject to a 35% Restocking Fee. To avoid this restocking fee, your order must be cancelled prior to CribsToTeens placing your order with the Manufacturer. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

All personalized items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed with the Manufacturer.
